Individual coaching will also be used to address performance issues and build on potential. This service is provided on a regularly scheduled basis by telephone, e-mail and through face-to-face contact. The introductory meeting between the career coach and the individual provides background and sets the coaching goals, and job search plan. This meeting typically lasts one (1) hour. Subsequent sessions will be used to evaluate progress and assist the individual in further clarifying, and meeting these goals.
